Our client, a leading agritech company, is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join their team as FARM SUPERVISOR (TRAINEE).

 

ROLE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will work closely with the team of farmers and agronomists to ensure farm operations run smoothly while undergoing hands-on training to develop the skills needed to manage modern commercial farming operations effectively.

He or she will perform the following duties as well:

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and support daily farm activities


• Learn and apply CF best practices and crop protocols for production


• Manage and motivate farm labourers


• Ensure farm inputs, tools, and equipment are well-handled


• Track farm activities and submit reports


• Troubleshoot problems on the farm and implement solutions


• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness on the farm


• Participate in ongoing training and capacity-building sessions
