Laodèlle Fashion House is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee garment production operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality control, efficient use of materials, and adherence to sustainable and zero-waste production principles.

Minimum Qualifications:

HND or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Strong understanding of garment construction and production workflows

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in garment production or fashion manufacturing

Experience managing production teams and workflows

Experience in mass production or semi-industrial fashion setups is an advantage

Role:

Plan and manage daily production schedules

Supervise sewists, tailors, and cutters to meet production targets

Oversee mass cutting and garment assembly processes

Ensure quality control standards are met

Manage fabric usage and minimize production waste

Coordinate with management on timelines, costs, and improvements

Support training and skill development of production staff

 

Salary range:
GHS 2,500 – GHS 4,000 (Negotiable, based on experience)
