Job Purpose:

To drive direct sales and distribution of our company products using cash van model by visiting retail outlets, selling products on the spot, collecting cash payments, and ensuing product availability in assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

Sell and deliver products directly to retailers and customers using company van

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

Expand customer base by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets 

Follow assigned routes and visit scheduled outlets consistently 

Monitor competitor activities within the territory

Collect cash payments for all sales made

Ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each day

Monitor stock levels in the van and avoid stock-outs

Maintain proper inventory records for products issued and sold

Maintain daily sales records and route reports

Submit sales, stock and cash reports to the superiors 

Report any vehicle issues promptly
