- The Restaurant Floor Manager/Supervisor will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision and Training:
Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service.
Schedule staff shifts and manage staff performance.
- Guest Experience Management:
Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service.
Resolve guest complaints to ensure a satisfactory dining experience.
- Operational Management:
Oversee dining room operations to ensure a smooth service.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain efficient service.
- Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Inventory and Financial Management:
Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
Help in preparing budgets and financial reports.
- Selling, Marketing and Promotion:
Sell and upsell menu items
Collaborate with management to develop promotional events and special offers.
Engage with customers to promote repeat business and positive reviews
