Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum of 7–12 years’ progressive leadership experience within a creative agency, music, media, digital, entertainment, or events environment. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary creative, production, marketing, and operations teams. Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, brand storytelling, and social media strategy. Strong experience in client relationship management, business development, and high-value stakeholder engagement. Hands-on experience managing complex projects, live events, or experiential activations with full commercial accountability.
