Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), manufacturing industry or advertising agency. - Experience in packaging design, especially for consumer products, is a plus. - Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns with measurable results. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing designs. - Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills. - Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
