Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships. ▪ Provide support and advice to all line manager, project and worksite personnel on matters related to QHSE. ▪ Liaise with Customers and Supply Chain, regarding QHSE matters, ensuring their expectations are met. ▪ Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice. ▪ Ensure that QHSE plans, bridging documents and relevant QHSE Management System documentation is established, implemented and maintained in assigned projects, and establish, implement and maintain required additional QHSE documentation and routines in assigned projects. ▪ Attend project QHSE meetings and -conferences arranged by project client. ▪ Plan, execute and report assigned internal and external QHSE audits in accordance with the annual QHSE plan. Participate in and lead QHSE inspections and monitoring activities as required. ▪ Monitor personnel QHSE competency and address gaps and conduct QHSE training courses using internal and external resources when required. ▪ Act as role model in compliance with company QHSE standards and values.
