A reputable company in the travel and tourism industry is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join its growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who can deliver seamless travel experiences while providing expert guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
• Book flights, accommodation, tours, and complete travel packages
• Manage corporate travel requests and ensure timely execution
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, and regulations
• Develop tailored travel itineraries based on client needs and budgets
• Respond to client inquiries across phone, email, and social platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
• Handle cancellations, rebookings, and resolve travel-related issues efficiently
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years’ experience in a travel agency or similar role
• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus (mandatory)
• IATA certification is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
