Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Proven track record of effective budget management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.

Description
- NB: FREE ACCOMODATION
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to identify and address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
- Monitor expenditures and track performance against budgetary targets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement emergency response procedures and protocols to address unforeseen events or crises effectively.
