Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.


• Provide technical support for internal users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues.


• Set up and manage network systems, including servers, routers, and switches.


• Ensure data security, back-ups, and disaster recovery systems are in place.


• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.


• Monitor the organization's network performance and resolve issues promptly.


• Maintain system documentation and keep inventory of IT assets.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.


• Assist in the training of employees on the use of IT systems.


• Provide recommendations for improving IT systems and processes.
