Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check in late-arriving guests professionally

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently

Monitor security of the premises, including CCTV systems

Perform night audit and prepare daily reports

Manage bookings, payments, and early check-outs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Provide accurate handover reports to the day team
