Qualifications Proficiency in Laundry and Laundry Services, including handling washing, drying, and pressing garments and linens. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with guests and address their needs. Experience in operating laundry equipment such as washing machines and dryers. Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hotel laundry services is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods and carry out physical tasks as required by the role. Extensive knowledge of laundry products and their proper handling is beneficial. A degree, or HND, WASSCE in hospitality management or related field is required.
