Ghana HR Solutions is seeking to hire a competent and proactive National Service Personnel who is ready to learn and grow in the role of HR Executive Assistant.

ROLE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily HR activities, supporting communication between HR management and employees, maintaining HR records, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions. He/she will support the HR team in executing the following duties;

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide daily administrative support to the HR department.


• Help with recruitment activities such as posting jobs and scheduling interviews.


• Maintain and update employee records and HR files.


• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documents.


• Support onboarding for new employees.


• Track attendance, leave, and other staff records.


• Handle confidential HR information with professionalism.


• Communicate with employees and respond to basic HR-related queries.


• Perform any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource management, Business Administration, or any related field


• Internship experience with any reputable institution in HR management is a plus
