JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, and enhancing employee relations. You will play a vital role in shaping a high-performance culture that reflects our brand values of beauty, confidence, and innovation.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives


• Managing the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, on boarding and determining the hiring process for new hires


• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations


• Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses


• Managing employee relations and conducting conflict management and resolution


• Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures


• Managing employee records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR database


• Teaming up with the accounts department for the preparation of payroll


• Lead HR initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace


• Build a strong employer brand and improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
