Job Summary:
The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, support organizational development, ensure compliance with labor laws, and enhance overall employee engagement and performance. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in industrial or manufacturing HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, especially for factory and technical staff.
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by staying up to date with labor law requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and attendance systems.
- Foster a positive working environment and support health and safety practices.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills gaps and support workforce planning.
