• Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, managing receipts and dispatches, and optimizing storage space. 

• Logistics Coordination:

Planning and coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. 

• Regulatory Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, including those related to storage, handling, and security. 

• Safety and Security:

Maintaining a safe working environment, implementing security measures, and ensuring proper handling of pharmaceuticals to prevent damage or loss. 

• Staff Management:

Supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring proper training on procedures. 

• Quality Assurance:

Implementing and maintaining quality control measures, including monitoring storage conditions (temperature, humidity) and ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines. 

• Reporting:

Providing stock reports and other relevant information to management for informed decision-making.
