Position: In-Store Merchandiser

Number Needed: 5

Location: Accra (They should live around Madina, Spintex, Teshie)

Salary: GHȼ 1000

Bonus: 150 (after 3 months depending on performance)

Saturday Allowance: Ghȼ 50

Monthly Data Allowance: Ghȼ 50

N.B: An allowance is given when the merchandiser works on Holidays

Requirements:

• Should have completed SHS


• Must be smart and agile


• Must have good communication skills


• Must be willing to work on weekends especially Saturdays


• Must have at least 1 year experience as a merchandiser or in a related field

Responsibilities      

• Ensure products are displayed consistently and properly across different stores.


• Monitor stock levels and ensuring product availability in various outlets.


• Communicate with supervisor and the marketing team regarding product movement and close to expiry stock


• Ensure products are displayed according to the company’s standards and the shop’s

• Report on competitors' merchandising strategies and identify areas where the company can gain a competitive advantage when required


• Monitor and adjust product placement to optimize sales and improve shelf presence
