We are looking for a Technical IT Specialist to join our team. You will be working in a team of highly skilled IT specialists and you will have an opportunity to work with some very high profile customers.

General Responsibilities:
•    Support our software customers
•    Demonstrate our software products to our Customers.
•    Do presentations about our software products to our Customers
•    Help with implementation solutions and projects for our customers
•    Interface with our development team to clarify requirements and to provide feedback

Key Skill Requirements:
•    Ability to do demonstrations and presentation of IT products
•    Deep understanding of Information Technology infrastructure
•    Strong problem solving and analysis skills
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts
