Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the manufacturing industry to recruit a Stores In-Charge for immediate employment. The office will be located in Tema.
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day operations of the store within the company. This position ensures efficient inventory management, timely stock replenishment, and adherence to organizational policies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring adequate stock availability, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming goods, supervise unloading, inspect and verify material quantities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment Implementing effective stock rotation practices.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store premises.
- Track expenses related to store operations and collaborate with finance team for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as production, procurement, and quality control) to optimize store processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.
