We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our warehouse operations team in Tema. The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling inventory, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring accurate stock records at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods • Oversee the proper storage and handling of products • Manage stock issuance and dispatch of goods • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams regarding stock movements Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Supervisor • Must reside in or around Tema • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Good record-keeping and reporting skills • Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems) • Ability to work under pressure and manage stock efficiently Preferred: • Experience in FMCG, food, or cold storage environments • Basic understanding of stock rotation methods Diploma or Certificate in: • Logistics & Supply Chain Management • Warehouse Management • Business Administration
