1. Maintaining an up to date  database of all company vehicles


2. Ensuring drivers have the appropriate Class and Valid Licenses


3. Check to ensure all vehicles are in good condition


4. Must drivers maintain a proper vehicle log book


5. He would be responsible for safe parking of all vehicles


6. Monitor vehicle Total Tomcard and ensure drivers don't misappropriate monies on the card


7. Keep records of all vehicle repairs


8. Any other duties that would be required of him  by his Superiors.


9. Ensuring that, driver speed limit is monitored.


10. Preparing monthly reports on fleet utilization and their turn around time


11. Oversee company’s vehicle fleet and driver management, Daily route planning for Drivers and vehicle movement.


12. Allocating fuel to vehicles and monitoring their usage; manage, supervise and monitor Cost effective measures in daily fleet operations.


13. Monitor and ensure the validity of all applicable licenses including road worthy, Insurance and road tolls
