5+ years experience in a construction field. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Proficient computer skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. Strong people skills. Available to work extended hours.

1. Receive orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities and reporting them.


2. Store materials in accordance with the system in force, in order to ensure continuous availability.


3. Ensure correct fill in entries on the stock cards.


4. Prepare orders of the different consumption units, ensuring the packaging and proper dispatching.


5. Report any anomalies or changes in consumption patterns to the line manager.


6. Packing and appropriately labeling items (destination, number of units, way bill number and mode of transport) and assign a number to each package, in accordance with the line manager’s instructions


7. Carry out regular inventories including Emergency preparedness response stock.


8. Report missing material/ damage/ robbery.


9. Control warehouse limited access to authorized personnel and ensure doors and other exits are secured.


10. Ensure that all items are well organized and correctly stored, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible.  


11. Control warehouse facilities in order to ensure materials are in good keeping conditions.


12. Ensure good record keeping and data entry of all materials in storage


13. Facilitate the purchase of materials and check for quality.


14. Provide periodic reports


15. Carry out other related duties that may be assigned
