Transport Logistics Officer

Coordinate transport pool,
ensure full-use rotation of vehicles, manage daily dispatch and roster of official vehicles and supervise programme maintenance;
Oversee technical upkeep of official vehicles and purchase of spare parts; Register/deregister official and private vehicles,
maintain documentation up-to-date, arrange insurance and technical inspection for/of all official vehicles;
Monitor economic cost of fuel, oil and vehicles maintenance,
liaise with the contractors; Coordinate weekly despatch of diplomatic mail,
; Provide support to officers with arrival and departure related logistics arrangements,
; Liaise with the contracted agents, prepare and maintain documentation flow for customs,
Manage stationary store, maintain stock levels,
keep the stock database updated,
liaise with suppliers of stationary and business cards;
Maintain crisis room equipment/supply,
prepare monthly inventory of the crisis room and act as Crisis Manager backup;
Maintain and update logistics team databases and SharePoint page;
file/weed documentation; Manage drivers and motor-mechanic.
