JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Coordinate the movement of vehicles and other transportation assets.


2. Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of all light vehicles and trucks (private or leased), motorcycles and generators.


3. Produce monthly fuel and vehicle use reports, “work orders,” etc. 


4. Train, monitor and supervise drivers. 


5. Act as liaison between the company and government agencies and personnel necessary to keep the vehicle fleet legal and roadworthy.


6. Maintaining an up-to-date database of all the vehicles.


7. Advising on driver deployment.


8. Evaluating drivers' performance, allocating and rotating appropriate work assignments.


9. Submitting regular and comprehensive monthly reports on vehicle movements, fuel usage and problems.


10. Performing any other related duties when required.
