Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
Hands-on experience in:
Coordinating domestic and international shipments
Preparing export and import documentation.
Working with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
Using logistics software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong knowledge of:
Ghana Customs procedures
Sea and air freight practices
Export and import documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin)
Local and international trade laws and regulations
Desirable Skills :
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Problem-solving and critical thinking

Description
Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end export process to ensure timely and accurate shipment, documentation, and reporting. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure all export-related activities—such as shipment instructions, export declarations, invoicing, and document preparation—are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
