Qualifications
• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the recruitment or HR sector
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing etc)
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Ghanaian job market and employer expectations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe creative suite or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
