Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Develop creative briefs and collaborate with design teams to produce marketing materials.

Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies.

Set marketing goals and KPIs to measure campaign success.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals including marketing coordinators, analysts, and content creators.

Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary adjustments to marketing strategies.

Essential soft skills:

Strong communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to present campaigns and collaborate with other teams. The ability to write compelling and clear messaging for a range of diverse audiences is also a plus.

Creativity. The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns creates marketing content that the target audience can relate to. Marketing managers must be open to new ideas and approaches to keep marketing strategies fresh and engaging.
