Description
- Work with the Director-Brand & Portfolio Mgt and SBUE to analyze the results of the business and come up with strategies for the different products and acquisitions of the company.
- Drive the marketing strategy and positioning for the company.
- Co-ordinate the campaign executions.
- Continually identify and improve the product positioning and core customer segments.
- Come up with innovative, customer-driven marketing campaigns.
- Define the long-term marketing strategy and budget with the Director-Brand & Portfolio Mgt and SBUE.
- Work with the Director-Brand & Portfolio Mgt and SBUE to analyze the results of the business and come up with strategies for the different products and acquisitions of the company and Group.
- Determine the marketing budget and ensure the budget is not exceeded.
- Manage and coordinate the PR activities of the firm and its related agencies if any.
- Research the current marketing trends and keep tabs on competitors
- Follow the company's KPIs and ensure 80% of all proposed marketing activities are internally done and coordinated effectively and efficiently.
- Act as a link between the sales and marketing department.
- Assist sales with negotiating with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, and build distribution networks and distribution strategies.
- Oversee the hiring, training and performance evaluations of the marketing staff and also their daily schedules for all sub-departments.
- Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results
- Liaison with the media.
- Conduct periodic research to determine market conditions for current and new products
- Sustain a good work environment and ensure that the customers, stakeholders and employees are satisfied.
- Ensure all Supplier Claim (SC) Processes for acquired brands are done for the next financial year plan is concluded.
- Keep the costs to a minimum by monitoring the inventory of Activations with the help of the supply chain
