Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies across a diverse product and service portfolio, including motorcycles (ICE & EV), electric cars, tyres, batteries, engine oils, lubricants, auto care products, and transportation services. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and sales through integrated marketing campaigns, strategic brand management, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for motorcycles, electric cars, tyres, batteries, engine oils, lubricants, and transport services to achieve business growth targets.
- Set clear marketing goals to increase market share, enhance brand visibility, and maximize profitability across all product lines.
Campaign Management & Branding
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, print, media, events, trade shows, and dealer promotions.
- Manage the development of marketing materials—including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and point-of-sale displays—in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media management, email campaigns, and online brand engagement strategies.
- Build and grow the company’s online presence across multiple platforms to reach diverse customer segments.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities for all product categories.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver insights to optimize ROI and inform strategic decisions.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-impact campaign execution.
- Coordinate with vendor partners, dealer networks, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Event Management & Product Launches
- Organize product launches, promotional events, and trade activations for motorcycles, electric cars, tyres, batteries, lubricants, and auto care products.
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all promotional activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Support dealer networks and B2B partners with marketing tools, campaigns, and training materials.
Industry & Market Awareness
- Stay informed on automotive trends, including electric vehicles, sustainable transport solutions, and the evolving needs of the auto care and transportation markets.
- Introduce innovative marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, EV, or transport-related industries.
- Proven expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, brand management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of motorcycles, electric cars, tyres, batteries, engine oils, lubricants, and auto care products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, interpret data, and make strategic recommendations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dealer network support and B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Passion for automotive innovation, EV technology, and sustainable transport solutions.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in electric mobility, eco-friendly lubricants, and automotive care technologies
