Job Title: Mechanical Technician (Fresh Graduate)
Department: Maintenance / Engineering

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Mechanical Engineer
Job Summary
The Mechanical Technician will support the maintenance team in ensuring the efficient operation, repair, and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and machinery. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in industrial and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and support in resolving breakdowns.
- Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of machines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Support senior technicians and engineers during major repairs and overhauls.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in minimizing machine downtime and improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Must be a fresh graduate or have a maximum of 1 year experience.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance practices.
