Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to elevate our digital presence, connect with our community, and help translate our brand’s mission into visually compelling and engaging content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement creative social media strategies that support marketing goals and brand awareness.
2. Plan, organize, and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
3. Design and publish daily content (graphics, reels, stories, posts) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
4. Craft engaging captions with brand-consistent tone, optimized for each platform.
5. Monitor daily activity and interact with followers, responding to comments and direct messages promptly.
6. Track and report social media analytics weekly and monthly (engagement, impressions, reach, CTR, conversions).
7. Work with the marketing and design teams to develop branded materials and marketing visuals.
8. Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats relevant to beauty and skincare.
9. Identify and coordinate collaborations with beauty influencers, micro-creators, and content partners.
10. Manage social media ads and boost key content to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website/store.
11. Coordinate and promote giveaways, contests, live sessions, and interactive campaigns.
12. Ensure brand consistency and quality in all visual and written content.
