Data Entry & Documentation: Input patient data, lab requests, and treatment notes accurately into the system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries via email or chat, and relay messages promptly using digital communication tools.
Billing & Payment Support: Generate invoices, process payments, and issue receipts using accounting or hospital management software.
Inventory & Supply Tracking: Record and update stock levels of medical supplies using spreadsheet or inventory software.
Report Preparation: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using MS Word, Excel, or other reporting tools.
Collaboration: Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
Computer System Management: Monitor office equipment (computers, printers, scanners) and report technical issues to IT or management.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA or local data privacy regulations when handling electronic health information.
Customer Service: Provide professional and compassionate assistance to patients and their families, ensuring a positive front desk experience.
