Description
- Monitors and approves activities of Operations Department related to, new projects, Onboarding of B2B and B2C customers, compliance and KYC management, management of card and distribution of cards, transaction processing and settlement of funds, reconciliations and exceptional item processing, scheme reporting and fraud monitoring
- Manage the client onboarding process including, prepare and submit Client Due Diligence files (KYC), ensuring accuracy of the information.
- Undertake quality review of clients' KYC records.
- Manage Customer service activities related to cards re-issuing, deletion, loading, blocking, and unblocking, generating card statement, refund processing and updating of customer details.
- Manage the mobile app process, related to password resetting, mobile app blocking and unblocking and toggle management.
- Liaise with Management, Partner Bank, major clients, Mastercard, Personalization vendor, Processor, Auditors, and various departments within the organization.
- Develop and Implement Operations processes and workflows for products and services. Streamline procedures to provide superior service quality to Internal and External customers
- Act as a KYC and AML subject matter expert for all operations related queries
- Ensure the proper onboarding-related maintenance of our existing clients:
- Support with onboarding new clients as well as periodic reviews of existing clients
- Liaise with business to confirm the client activity and confirm the need for renewing onboarding status or refer for off-boarding
- Oversee the implementation of new projects, processes, and systems
- Keep abreast of regulatory and legal initiatives, highlighting significant
AML/KYC/sanction’s compliance issues and advising on implications of changes in regulation to the On-boarding process

Act as the clients' point of contact by addressing their issues and concerns and providing resolutions to their onboarding queries in line with the company internal policies, the regulatory environment
