Oversee daily operations of the Clearing & Forwarding (Seafreight) department, including documentation, port activities, customer service, and haulage.

Lead client account managers and ensure timely, clear shipment updates.

Ensure accurate invoicing, cost tracking, and timely file closure with approved margins.

Resolve operational issues with customs, shipping lines, terminals, and relevant agencies.

Prepare and submit weekly budget forecasts to support cash flow management.

Provide regular operational reports to management.

Source and manage third-party transporters effectively.
