Responsibilities:
• Transaction Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, from initial client contact to closing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and organizational guidelines.
• Manage paperwork, contracts, and documents related to property transactions, meticulously organizing and maintaining records for future reference.
• Act as a liaison between clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide valuable insights to the real estate team, including property trends, competitor analysis, and client preferences.
• Utilize market data to assist in pricing strategies, property evaluations, and decision-making processes, contributing to informed business choices.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents and management, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
• Prepare detailed property reports, including comparative market analysis (CMA), property profiles, and financial analyses, aiding in client presentations and negotiations.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Ensure client satisfaction by anticipating needs, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Stay abreast of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all legal documents, contracts, and disclosures, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead the internal teams, particularly the development and construction teams, by providing guidance, support, and strategic direction.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting effective communication and cooperation among team members.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and updates on ongoing projects, and contributing to the overall success of the real estate division.
• Development and Construction Oversight:
• Collaborate with development and construction teams to ensure projects are executed according to plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor the progress of development projects, conducting regular site visits, and addressing any challenges or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.
