A reputable Hotel in Accra is recruiting an experienced Hotel Manager to manage its establishment. 

The successful candidate shall work under the supervision of the General Manager of the chain and shall be responsible for the day-to-day running of a hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include the following:

    Supervising day-to-day operations of hotel.
    Keeping track of the hotel’s financials and remitting same in accordance with Management’s instructions.
    Preparation of daily and monthly reports on accommodation performance, bar performance and expenditures and any other report Management may instruct to be produced.
    Inspecting the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
    Ensuring company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met.
    Answering guest questions about hotel services and policies.
    Defining growth strategies and plans and setting targets.
    Ensuring compliance with standards including those of Ghana Tourism Authority and the municipal assembly.
    Organizing, controlling and supervising the work of the hotel staff.
    Managing the hotel’s budget and finances with the aim of achieving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
