Job Title: Project Manager – rPET & NGO Fund Management
Location: Ghana
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) projects in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing donor-funded initiatives and working with NGOs in the recycling or circular economy space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, implementation, and reporting of rPET projects.
- Build partnerships with NGOs, donors, suppliers, and government bodies.
- Oversee budgets, grants, and compliance for donor-funded activities.
- Support rPET supply chain development (collection, sorting, processing).
- Deliver training, manage procurement, and ensure timely project milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in recycling or waste management.
