Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field (preferred). Proven experience working in a warehouse or storage facility. At least 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience. Good knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures. Understanding of inventory management systems and software. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and people skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift heavy items and be physically active if needed. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety rules in a warehouse. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Organizational and planning skills. Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends when needed.

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Supervise warehouse staff and assign their daily duties.

Make sure goods are received, stored, and sent out properly.

Check inventory levels and order new stock when needed.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized.

Keep accurate records of items coming in and going out.

Train new warehouse workers on company procedures.

Use warehouse software to manage stock and shipments.

Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.

Work with suppliers and delivery companies to arrange shipments.

Create work schedules for warehouse staff.

Plan space in the warehouse to store items efficiently.

Ensure safety rules are followed to avoid accidents.

Prepare reports on warehouse activities for management.

Handle returns and damaged items properly.

Reduce waste and improve efficiency in warehouse processes.

Monitor loading and unloading of trucks.

Solve any problems that come up in the warehouse.

Check and maintain warehouse equipment.

Make sure all warehouse activities follow company policies.
