Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in facilities management or operational administration. Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and building work is advantageous. • 2-3 years of experience in facility management or building operations. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. • Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements. • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.


• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and facilities.


• Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.


• Manage building maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.


• Supervise facility staff and external contractors, cleaners, security/Transport personnel, maintenance teams and House Keeping department.


• Develop and manage facility budgets, including procurement of supplies and services.


• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, security systems.


• Coordinate office layout planning, space allocation, and relocation of staff or equipment.


• Handle emergencies, including facility-related crises and building evacuations.


• Communicate with stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, vendors, and company management.
