Qualifications

Work Experience
1. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within an FMCG environment.
2. Proven record of managing high-volume inventory and fast turnover operations.
3. Experience with distribution, order fulfillment, and inventory control systems.
Technical Skills
1. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Odoo).
2. Strong understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and FIFO/LIFO methods.
3. Ability to analyze data and generate warehouse performance reports.
4. Good grasp of occupational health and safety standards.

Description
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
Plan and organize inventory storage and distribution.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for smooth flow.
Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout.
Handle performance appraisals, training, and staff development
