JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a leading hospitality establishment, is seeking a Credit Officer to join their dynamic team. This position plays a key role in managing debt recovery processes and upholding strong financial controls across the resort’s operations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients and guests.


• Collect debts in a professional, respectful, and effective manner.


• Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and recovery efforts.


• Prepare reports on collections and outstanding accounts.


• Build strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
