Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in guest relations, front office, or membership management within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of handling VIP guests and managing membership programs.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of hotel PMS systems an advantage.

Description
Guest & Member Experience
- Serve as the main point of contact for all VIP guests and members before, during, and after their stay.
- Ensure prompt handling of guest/member inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Develop and implement personalized welcome and recognition programs for repeat guests and members.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Transport, Events, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Membership & Relationship Management
- Maintain up-to-date records of all members and their preferences.
- Develop strategies to engage and retain members, including special offers, events, and communication.
- Handle all membership applications, renewals, and inquiries.
- Act as liaison between members and management to address concerns or suggestions.
Operations & Reporting
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and prepare weekly/monthly reports on feedback and trends.
- Manage VIP and member amenities budget in coordination with Finance.
- Support marketing efforts by collaborating on guest/member events, promotions, and partnerships.
