Description
The Customer Service Officer is an essential team member in managing customer relationships, ensuring that daily tasks are completed according to established standards and in a proactive manner.
General Scope and Job Purpose:
- The primary role of the Customer Service Officer is to support the Customer Service team by providing helpful and timely assistance, fostering a positive customer experience for clients, and promoting customer retention for the company. This position involves coordinating between various internal teams to guarantee the timely and successful fulfillment of customer contractual requirements, while upholding the company's core values, standards, and norms, and emphasizing team spirit.
- The Customer Service Officer will maintain quality operations within the Customer Service department, ensuring compliance with client and company requirements. This includes actively participating in the management of customer relationships to secure retention while adhering strictly to contractual obligations.
- Additionally, the Officer will monitor, advise, and enforce the strict application of customer contractual agreements across all related departments, as well as ensure compliance with QHSE procedures.
- The Customer Service Officer may also be required to execute other tasks as aligned with the department's established procedures.
