• Assist in stock control and inventory management


• Help shoppers locate products by recommending, selecting, and highlighting key features and benefits of merchandise


• Respond to customer inquiries about the store and its products with professionalism and clear communication


• Promote products and encourage purchases with patience and persuasive sales techniques


• Receive and process cash, ensuring accurate change is given


• Count, sort, and balance cash with precision and integrity


• Maintain accurate sales records and reconcile cash registers with invoices


• Stay updated on current sales prices and product information


• Issue invoices and process refunds when necessary
