• Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy Assistance, or a related field from a recognized institution • Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa, wellness center, or clinic • Sound knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques • Ability to assess clients’ physical needs and recommend appropriate treatments • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive massage movements • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Willingness to learn new techniques and attend training when required • Good personal hygiene, neat appearance, and positive attitude

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, rehabilitation, and overall well-being, while maintaining a clean, calm, and welcoming environment for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, and rehabilitative massages


• Assess clients’ physical condition, medical history, and specific concerns before each session


• Customize massage treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences


• Manipulate soft tissues and joints to relieve stress, muscle tension, pain, and improve circulation


• Monitor clients’ comfort and well-being throughout sessions and adjust pressure or techniques as required


• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and session notes


• Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in massage rooms, linens, and equipment


• Create and maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for all clients


• Educate clients on post-massage care, stretching, posture, and relaxation techniques


• Promote wellness programs, packages, or additional services offered by the spa/clinic


• Adhere to all company policies, health, and safety regulations


• Handle client feedback professionally and report concerns or complaints to management
