Description
Welcome walk-in customers and actively engage them to understand their needs.
Persuasively recommend products and services, guiding customers toward purchase decisions.
Respond to customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
Provide clear, accurate product information and address customer concerns confidently.
Prepare quotations and clearly explain pricing to customers.
Accurately capture, update, and manage customer information using internal systems and CRM tools.
Navigate sales and customer management software with ease to process transactions and track customer interactions.
