SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Shornaa Island Amusement Park is on the lookout for an ambitious, strategic, and highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth and visibility efforts. Core Purpose of the Role
To lead the end-to-end development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive visitor footfall, increase revenue, and solidify Shornaa Island’s status as a top-tier amusement and events destination in Ghana.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Design and implement an integrated annual marketing strategy aligned with park revenue targets, brand aspirations, and visitor engagement goals.
- Lead cross-functional marketing teams and external partners to deliver results through coordinated execution.
Campaign Management & Promotion
- Drive themed promotions, seasonal events, and tactical campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
- Lead the planning and promotion of group bookings, birthday packages, and corporate events.
Digital Marketing Excellence
- Champion SEO, social media, influencer marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising to expand reach and generate ticket sales.
- Oversee performance tracking using CRM and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp.
Brand & Communications
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Supervise the creation of engaging visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
Partnership & Public Relations
- Build strategic alliances with media outlets, schools, tour operators, corporates, and tourism authorities to promote the park’s offerings.
- Manage press releases, media visits, and community relations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, visitor feedback, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Track marketing KPIs including ROI, CAC, footfall conversion, campaign reach, and engagement metrics.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and managing large-scale marketing campaigns—preferably in tourism, entertainment, hospitality, or events.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media ad managers, CRM systems, Canva, and content scheduling tools.
- Exceptional leadership, team coordination, and project execution skills.
- Strong analytical and creative abilities, backed by a portfolio of marketing campaigns or brand activations.
