Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of Indian meals, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes (curries, biryanis, breads, snacks, etc.).
Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely preparation of meals.
Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cooking Indian dishes (minimum 2 years preferred).
Knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
