Education • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience (Mandatory) • Minimum of 3–5 years’ IT experience within a hotel or hospitality environment. • Proven hands-on experience supporting PMS, POS, PABX, IPTV, CCTV, and hotel Wi-Fi systems. • Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment. Required Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of networking (routing, switching, wireless networks). • Solid experience with Windows operating systems and basic server administration. • Understanding of backups, antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection. • Ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems under operational pressure.

The Assistant IT Officer supports the IT Manager in maintaining and operating all hotel technology systems to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations and high guest satisfaction. The role requires a technically strong individual with proven hotel IT experience, capable of supporting both guest-facing and back-office systems in a hospitality environment.
