Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of local dishes (e.g., banku, fufu, jollof rice, waakye, soups and stews)
- Ensure all meals are cooked with good taste, quality, and proper presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients before cooking
- Ensure proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage
- Monitor food stock levels and report when items are running low
- Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times
- Manage cooking time efficiently to serve meals on schedule
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and cooking area after use
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently
- Follow instructions on menu or customer preferences
